After selecting a page you have three options you can choose from in the Edit
Area bar in the upper left.
The page can have three different states:
Online: page is public and visible in the menu.
Online hidden: page is accessible from the below indicated address but the menu link to it is not visible.

Offline: page isn't accessible to users.
